The refined cuisine
of our Chef, Franck Rayot, based on fresh seasonal local produce,
is an innovative blend of Provencal
and contemporary gastronomy. To accompany your
meal we have carefully selected wines from world
famous vineyards such as Châteauneuf du
Pape and other Côtes du Rhônes, not forgetting
the excellent Côtes de Ventoux, our local "appellation
contrôlée".
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. Please follow the link below to see our current gastronomic menu. From Wednesday to Saturday our special lunch menu of the day is also available for just 22 Euros.
In summer, lunch is served under the shade of pine trees,
and dinner on the terraces
surrounding the pool.
